Utility tunnel(city comprehensive pipe tunnel)is the new space of civil engineering. It wil benefit more in economics and promotion of Utility tunnel to solve the EMC problems which occur ed between high voltage cable circuit and telecommunication cable in tunnel. This paper analyzed the EMC problem above and proposed several ef ective measures.
