目的：通过分析广州市番禺区2009-2012年参加某三级甲等医院社区护士岗位培训课程的护士对培训课程的评价，为今后进一步完善广州市社区护士培训课程体系提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法，对广州市番禺区2009-2012年参加某三级甲等医院培训的413名护士进行回访调查和分析。结果课程重要性与内容实用性打分均在4分以上，参训护士对本套课程的总体认同度较高。结论社区护士培训课程设置总体来说符合社区护士的需要，但部分课程有待进一步改进和调整。

Objective To evaluate post training curriculum for community nurses, and to provide the basis for further improvement of post training system for community nurses. Methods Totally 413 nurses who participated in post training for community nurses in The First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University from 2009 to 2012 were investigated by questionnaires. Results Course importance and content practicability scored over 4 points respectively and nurses participated presented high recognition of the training. Conclusion In general, the post training curriculum conforms the needs of the community nurses but some adjustments are still in need for the courses.
