目的:探讨下呼吸道感染患者体内降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)与白细胞(WBC)的相关性,为临床诊治提供参考。方法收集120例下呼吸道感染患者外周血标本,进行 WBC 计数、中性粒细胞百分比(NEUT%)、PCT及CRP检测。结果120例下呼吸道感染患者中,PCT≤0.05 ng/mL组与 PCT>0.05 ng/mL组CRP、WBC、NEUT%比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同CRP水平组间,PCT≤0.05 ng/mL患者所占比例与PCT>0.05 ng/mL患者所占比例比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCT、CRP和 WBC三者具有较好的相关性,用于下呼吸道感染早期诊断时,相互结合分析对临床诊治的意义更大。

목적:탐토하호흡도감염환자체내강개소원(PCT)、C반응단백(CRP)여백세포(WBC)적상관성,위림상진치제공삼고。방법수집120례하호흡도감염환자외주혈표본,진행 WBC 계수、중성립세포백분비(NEUT%)、PCT급CRP검측。결과120례하호흡도감염환자중,PCT≤0.05 ng/mL조여 PCT>0.05 ng/mL조CRP、WBC、NEUT%비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);불동CRP수평조간,PCT≤0.05 ng/mL환자소점비례여PCT>0.05 ng/mL환자소점비례비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 PCT、CRP화 WBC삼자구유교호적상관성,용우하호흡도감염조기진단시,상호결합분석대림상진치적의의경대。
Objective To explore the correlation between procalcitonin (PCT),C-reactive protein (CRP)and white blood cells (WBC)in patients with lower respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 120 patients with lower respiratory tract infection were enrolled and detected for WBC,percentage of neutrophil (NEUT%),PCT and CRP.Results In patients with different levels of PCT,the differences of CRP,WBC and NEUT% were significant (P<0.05).In patients with different levels of CRP,the proportion of patients with different levels of PCT was with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion There could be fine relationship between PCT,CRP and WBC in pa-tients with lower respiratory tract infection.Combined analysis of theses three indicators might be with more obvious significance for the early diagnosis of lower respiratory tract infection.
