目的：探讨视网膜静脉周围炎（又称 Eales病）患者视网膜光凝术治疗前后血浆内皮缩血管肽-1（又称内皮素-1，ET-1）水平的变化。方法对104例 Eales 病患者和66例健康者进行血浆 ET-1水平检测。对53例Eales病患者进行视网膜光凝术治疗，并分别于激光治疗前及治疗后1个月进行血浆内皮素-1检测。结果 Eales病患者血浆 ET-1水平为（23．10±6．89）pg/mL，健康者血浆 ET-1水平为（17．79±5．02）pg/mL，前者 ET-1水平高于后者，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。53例 Eales病患者光凝术治疗前血浆 ET-1水平为（22．98±6．88）pg/mL，术后1个月为（20．17±6．48）pg/mL，治疗后ET-1水平显著降低，治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 Eales病患者血浆 ET-1水平增高，视网膜光凝术治疗后1个月 ET-1水平显著下降。
목적：탐토시망막정맥주위염（우칭 Eales병）환자시망막광응술치료전후혈장내피축혈관태-1（우칭내피소-1，ET-1）수평적변화。방법대104례 Eales 병환자화66례건강자진행혈장 ET-1수평검측。대53례Eales병환자진행시망막광응술치료，병분별우격광치료전급치료후1개월진행혈장내피소-1검측。결과 Eales병환자혈장 ET-1수평위（23．10±6．89）pg/mL，건강자혈장 ET-1수평위（17．79±5．02）pg/mL，전자 ET-1수평고우후자，비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。53례 Eales병환자광응술치료전혈장 ET-1수평위（22．98±6．88）pg/mL，술후1개월위（20．17±6．48）pg/mL，치료후ET-1수평현저강저，치료전후비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론 Eales병환자혈장 ET-1수평증고，시망막광응술치료후1개월 ET-1수평현저하강。
Objective To explore the changes of plasma endothelin-1 (ET-1)level in patients with Eales′dis-ease before and after laser photocoagulation.Methods Plasma levels of ET-1 were detected in 104 patients with Eales′disease and 66 cases of healthy subjects.53 patients with Eales′disease were treated with laser photocoagula-tion,and detected for plasma levels of ET-1 before and one month after operation.Results The plasma level of ET-1 in patients with Eales′disease were (23.10±6.89)pg/mL,which was significantly higher than the (17.79±5.02) pg/mL in healthy subjects (P<0.05).The plasma level of ET-1 in patents with Eales′disease,detected before oper-ation was (22.98±6.88)pg/mL,which was significantly higher than the (20.17±6.48)pg/mL,detected one month after operation (P<0.05).Conclusion The plasma level of ET-1 in patients with Eales′disease might be increased, which could be significantly decreased one month after laser treatment.
