院针对现有铲斗结构优化设计存在的容易陷入局部最优解、优化效率较低等问题,以“在GB9141-88规定的4种工况下铲斗结构最大应力不增加且体积最小”为目标,提出基于蒙特卡洛模拟的挖掘机铲斗结构优化方法,并以某斗容为1m3的挖掘机铲斗结构优化为例,验证了基于蒙特卡洛模拟的挖掘机铲斗结构优化方法的可行性和有效性。

In allusion to the deficiencies existing in current structural optimization algorithm of hydraulic excavator bucket such as the easily falling into local optimal solution, the low efficiency in optimization and so on, a structural optimization method based on Monte-Carlo Simulation is presented with the object of minimizing the volume of the bucket on condition that non-increase the max stress of the bucket structure under the four kinds of working conditions regulated in the GB9141-88. Thus, the feasibility and the effectiveness of the Monte-Carlo Simulation based structural optimization of excavator bucket is verified by the structural optimization of some excavator bucket with bucket capacity of 1m3.
