院针对现有铲斗结构优化设计存在的容易陷入局部最优解、优化效率较低等问题，以“在GB9141-88规定的4种工况下铲斗结构最大应力不增加且体积最小”为目标，提出基于蒙特卡洛模拟的挖掘机铲斗结构优化方法，并以某斗容为1m3的挖掘机铲斗结构优化为例，验证了基于蒙特卡洛模拟的挖掘机铲斗结构优化方法的可行性和有效性。
院針對現有鏟鬥結構優化設計存在的容易陷入跼部最優解、優化效率較低等問題，以“在GB9141-88規定的4種工況下鏟鬥結構最大應力不增加且體積最小”為目標，提齣基于矇特卡洛模擬的挖掘機鏟鬥結構優化方法，併以某鬥容為1m3的挖掘機鏟鬥結構優化為例，驗證瞭基于矇特卡洛模擬的挖掘機鏟鬥結構優化方法的可行性和有效性。

In allusion to the deficiencies existing in current structural optimization algorithm of hydraulic excavator bucket such as the easily falling into local optimal solution, the low efficiency in optimization and so on, a structural optimization method based on Monte-Carlo Simulation is presented with the object of minimizing the volume of the bucket on condition that non-increase the max stress of the bucket structure under the four kinds of working conditions regulated in the GB9141-88. Thus, the feasibility and the effectiveness of the Monte-Carlo Simulation based structural optimization of excavator bucket is verified by the structural optimization of some excavator bucket with bucket capacity of 1m3.
