目的：探讨甘温除热法治疗气虚型内伤发热的临床疗效。方法将82例气虚型内伤发热患者分为2组，观察组48例给予补中益气汤加减治疗，对照组34例口服补中益气丸，观察2组疗效。结果2组患者体温在疗程结束后均下降明显，与治疗前比较差异均有显著性（P<0.05或<0.01）；2组治疗总有效率大体相当，但是观察组体温下降更加明显，治疗后体温完全恢复正常者比例更高。结论采用甘温除热法治疗气虚型内伤发热，疗效好，体温下降明显，痊愈率高。
목적：탐토감온제열법치료기허형내상발열적림상료효。방법장82례기허형내상발열환자분위2조，관찰조48례급여보중익기탕가감치료，대조조34례구복보중익기환，관찰2조료효。결과2조환자체온재료정결속후균하강명현，여치료전비교차이균유현저성（P<0.05혹<0.01）；2조치료총유효솔대체상당，단시관찰조체온하강경가명현，치료후체온완전회복정상자비례경고。결론채용감온제열법치료기허형내상발열，료효호，체온하강명현，전유솔고。
Objective To investigate the antipyretic effect of Ganwen for the internal injuries fever of Qi deficiency type. Methods 82 cases of internal injuries fever of Qi deficiency type as the research object were divided into observation group of 48 cases given Buzhongyiqi decoction, and 34 cases as the control group treated with Buzhongyiqi pills, then, the curative effect of two groups was observed. Results The body temperature of two groups after treatment were decreased obviously,and compared with before treatment,the different were significant(P<0.05 or 0.001), the total effective rate of two groups was roughly the same (P>0.05).However,the body temperature of observation group decreased obviously after treatment,and the ratio of body temperature returned to normal was higher,them had significant difference with the control group (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Using antipyretic method in the treatment of Qi deficiency type of internal injuries fever, curative effect was good and the temperature dropped significantly with high cure rate.
