矿产资源的开发利用一方面促进了社会、经济的发展,另一方面又对生态环境造成破坏,影响社会与经济发展的可续性。我国矿产资源丰富,但人均占有量少,且开发过程中存在重视效益、忽视生态环境保护的问题。通过研究我国矿产资源的现状与形势,对在新的历史情形下,应对经济发展方式的转型和生态文明建设的要求,如何走出一条资源、环境与经济协调发展的道路进行了分析。指出资源可持续开发战略是我国的必然选择,提出了坚持矿产资源可持续开发战略,助推生态文明建设的实施方案。为此应多措并举,如加快矿产资源战略储备,促进资源整体规划、加快优势矿产资源合理开发等。同时,探讨了一些实施方案所面临的困难及相关对策。

The exploitation and utilization of mineral resources promotes the economic and social development , and also makes great influence on ecosystem .China has abundant mineral resources but low per capita .During the exploitation , much attention was paid to benefit but little to ecosys-tem protection .Based on analysis of present condition of mineral resources in China ,this paper made a discussion on how to conduct a coordinated development in resources , environment , and e-conomy to cope with requirement of ecological civilization construction and economic growth model transformation.It points out that the strategy of sustainable development of mineral resources is a logical choice for our country .So China should speed up mineral resources strategic reserve , en-hance exploitation of major resources , make an overall plan for the mineral resources and strictly protect it , and promote the protection and the reclamation of ecosystem .The difficulties and ap-proaches of these strategies are also described in details .
