目的:研究新生儿窒息后血清超敏C反应蛋白和心肌酶水平变化对病情发展和诊断的意义。方法选取2012年5月-2013年5月廉江市妇幼保健院收治的64例窒息足月新生儿作为研究对象,其中重度窒息组31例,轻度窒息组33例,对照组30例。三组新生儿于生后24 h内取股静脉血4 ml用于超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)和心肌酶谱的测定。结果与正常组比较,新生儿血浆中Hs-CRP含量和心肌酶谱水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与轻度窒息组比较,重度窒息组Hs-CRP含量和心肌酶谱水平升高更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Hs-CRP和心肌酶谱测定对窒息新生儿判断病情严重程度有重要意义,早期进行检测能够防止窒息并发症,及时进行治疗,有助于降低患儿致残率和病死率。

Objective To study of disease development and diagnostic signiifcance of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein and enzyme levels change on asphyxial neonates. Methods Select 64 cases of asphyxia newborns as the research object in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013,31 patients with severe asphyxia, 33 patients with mild asphyxia group,and 30 patients with control group,three groups of newborns within 24 h after birth take femoral vein 4 ml for high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP) and enzyme levels. Results Compared with control group, plasma Hs-CRP levels and enzyme levels were signiifcantly increased, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), compared with mild asphyxia, severe asphyxia group Hs-CRP content and enzyme levels increased more signiifcantly, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hs-CRP and enzymes measured judgment on the severity of asphyxia is important, early detection can prevent complications of asphyxia, timely treatment, can help reduce child morbidity and mortality.
