对山药枝条不同成熟度、不同部位、不同茎节数进行扦插繁种试验比较。试验结果表明,适当提早扦插时间能提高山药插穗的生根率、穗平均生根数;用不同部位的山药枝条作插穗,其生根率、穗生根数、根长有明显差异,以上部枝条效果最好;用1个茎节和2个茎节的山药枝条作插穗,以1个茎节的效果最好,而穗平均生根数,穗平均根长也有差异,但差异不明显。
對山藥枝條不同成熟度、不同部位、不同莖節數進行扢插繁種試驗比較。試驗結果錶明,適噹提早扢插時間能提高山藥插穗的生根率、穗平均生根數;用不同部位的山藥枝條作插穗,其生根率、穗生根數、根長有明顯差異,以上部枝條效果最好;用1箇莖節和2箇莖節的山藥枝條作插穗,以1箇莖節的效果最好,而穗平均生根數,穗平均根長也有差異,但差異不明顯。
대산약지조불동성숙도、불동부위、불동경절수진행천삽번충시험비교。시험결과표명,괄당제조천삽시간능제고산약삽수적생근솔、수평균생근수;용불동부위적산약지조작삽수,기생근솔、수생근수、근장유명현차이,이상부지조효과최호;용1개경절화2개경절적산약지조작삽수,이1개경절적효과최호,이수평균생근수,수평균근장야유차이,단차이불명현。
In the paper, we used the Chinese yam branches of different ripeness degree, parts and stalk node number as cutting branches. The results showed that, the earlier the propagation of cutting branches, the higher the rooting rate and average root number. Scions from different parts had obviously different rooting rate, average root number and root length, and upper branches had highest rooting rate, most and longest roots. The rooting rate of single-stalk-node branches was higher than that of double-stalk-node branches, but their root number and root length had no significant difference.
