数据库审计作为信息系统的重要组成部分，对信息的安全与稳定具有十分重要的意义。通过研究数据库审计机制，并结合应用系统的需求。医院大多使用三层架构HIS系统，使用传统的数据库审计，不能审计到操作者的完整的信息，设计实现了三层架构数据库审计系统，用于对数据操作的各项信息进行记录。
