目的探讨彩超筛查作为产前诊断胎儿心脏畸形常规检查方法的应用及价值。方法回顾性分析2010年7月~2013年12月在我院做过彩色多普勒超声筛查(胎龄20~28w)共6000例。其中住院分娩或引产解剖或随访确诊胎儿心脏畸形37例。现对确诊胎儿心脏畸形的37例胎儿心脏声图象进行分析、统计、总结。结果37例胎儿心脏畸形中被彩超筛查检出且准确者33例,诊断符合率85.9豫,彩超检查出但不符合4例,误诊率10.8豫,未被彩超筛查出2例,漏诊率5.4豫。结论中孕期彩超筛查是产前诊断胎儿心脏畸形的有价值的无创性诊断技术,可以发现胎儿时期严重的心脏畸形,可以大大降低胎儿先心出生率。但由于胎儿先天性心脏病本身的复杂性和超声检查存在的局限性,不可能在产前检出所有的心脏畸形,应向孕妇及家属说明。
目的探討綵超篩查作為產前診斷胎兒心髒畸形常規檢查方法的應用及價值。方法迴顧性分析2010年7月~2013年12月在我院做過綵色多普勒超聲篩查(胎齡20~28w)共6000例。其中住院分娩或引產解剖或隨訪確診胎兒心髒畸形37例。現對確診胎兒心髒畸形的37例胎兒心髒聲圖象進行分析、統計、總結。結果37例胎兒心髒畸形中被綵超篩查檢齣且準確者33例,診斷符閤率85.9豫,綵超檢查齣但不符閤4例,誤診率10.8豫,未被綵超篩查齣2例,漏診率5.4豫。結論中孕期綵超篩查是產前診斷胎兒心髒畸形的有價值的無創性診斷技術,可以髮現胎兒時期嚴重的心髒畸形,可以大大降低胎兒先心齣生率。但由于胎兒先天性心髒病本身的複雜性和超聲檢查存在的跼限性,不可能在產前檢齣所有的心髒畸形,應嚮孕婦及傢屬說明。

Objective To study the application and value of color Doppler ultrasound screening in prenatal diagnosis of fetal cardiac malformations routine examination method. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2010 July to 2013 December in our hospital did color Doppler ultrasound screening (gestational age 20 ~ 28 weeks) were 6000 cases. The hospital delivery or induced labor of anatomical or fol ow-up diagnosis of fetal cardiac malformation in 37 cases. This analysis, statistics, summary of the diagnosis of fetal cardiac malformations in 37 cases of fetal heart sound image. Results 33 cases of 37 cases of fetal cardiac malformations detected by ultrasound screening and accurate, diagnosis coincidence rate 85.9%, color Doppler ultrasound examination but do not meet the 4 cases, the misdiagnosis rate was 10.8%, ultrasound screening is not out of 2 cases, the missed diagnosis rate is 5.4%. Conclusion Pregnancy ultrasound screening is a noninvasive diagnostic technique in prenatal diagnosis of fetal cardiac malformations have value, can be found in fetal period serious heart malformation, can greatly reduce the birth rate of fetal congenital heart disease. But due to the limitation of complexity of fetal congenital heart disease itself and the ultrasound examination, is not possible in the prenatal diagnosis of al heart malformation, should explain to the pregnant women and their families.
