目的:观察黄连素对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、脂联素的影响。方法:70只成年雄性健康SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组和实验组。实验组给予高糖高脂饲料8周后,按40mg/kg1次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)造2型糖尿病大鼠模型。1周后,将成模大鼠随机分成4组,即黄连素高剂量组、黄连素低剂量组、优降糖组、模型组。给药组灌胃给药4周,正常对照组、模型组同时灌服等容量生理盐水。4周后处死,心脏取血对空腹血糖( FPG)、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α、脂联素进行检测。结果:经黄连素治疗后,大鼠CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平明显降低、脂联素水平明显升高,与对照组相比差异有显著性( P<0.05)。结论:黄连素治疗2型糖尿病大鼠的机制与其影响血清炎症因子水平有关。

목적:관찰황련소대2형당뇨병대서혈당、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、지련소적영향。방법:70지성년웅성건강SD대서,수궤분위정상대조조화실험조。실험조급여고당고지사료8주후,안40mg/kg1차성복강주사련뇨좌균소(STZ)조2형당뇨병대서모형。1주후,장성모대서수궤분성4조,즉황련소고제량조、황련소저제량조、우강당조、모형조。급약조관위급약4주,정상대조조、모형조동시관복등용량생리염수。4주후처사,심장취혈대공복혈당( FPG)、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α、지련소진행검측。결과:경황련소치료후,대서CRP、IL-6、TNF-α수평명현강저、지련소수평명현승고,여대조조상비차이유현저성( P<0.05)。결론:황련소치료2형당뇨병대서적궤제여기영향혈청염증인자수평유관。
Objective:By observing the impact of berberine on type 2 diabetic rats inblood glucose , CRP, IL-6, TNF-αand Adi-ponectin , to study the mechanism ofits therapeutic effect preliminary .Methods:70 male healthy SD rats , were randomly divided into nor-mal control group and experimental group .The experimental group was given high fat and high sugar diet for 8 weeks, according to 40mg/kg single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin ( STZ) model in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus .1 weeks later , the model rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely, high doses of berberine berberine group , low dose group, model group, glibenclamide group. Treatment groups were orally administered for 4 weeks, the normal control group , model group were administrated with saline .4 weeks lat-er, the heart blood on fasting blood glucose ( FPG) , IL-6, CRP, TNF-α, adiponectin were detecte .Results:after berberine treat-ment, rats in CRP, IL-6, TNF-αlevels were significantly lower , adiponectin levels significantly increased , compared with the control group with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The mechanism of berberine in treatment of type 2 diabetic rats and the influ-ence of the level of serum inflammatory factor .
