目的：探讨腰背部浅筋膜炎的磁共振成像（ MRI）表现及临床意义。方法：回顾性分析经临床及影像学确诊的60例腰背部浅筋膜炎的MRI表现。结果：腰背部浅筋膜炎的MRI表现为60例患者腰背部浅筋膜层中均可见到条状或条片状异常信号影，T1 WI表现为低信号，T2 WI呈高或稍高信号，短时反转恢复序列（ STIR）呈明显高信号，边界较清楚。29例伴腰（骶）部其他病变，31例为单纯性病变。结论：腰背部浅筋膜炎是造成腰腿痛的重要原因之一，MRI是该病的有效检查方法，具有很高的临床应用价值。
목적：탐토요배부천근막염적자공진성상（ MRI）표현급림상의의。방법：회고성분석경림상급영상학학진적60례요배부천근막염적MRI표현。결과：요배부천근막염적MRI표현위60례환자요배부천근막층중균가견도조상혹조편상이상신호영，T1 WI표현위저신호，T2 WI정고혹초고신호，단시반전회복서렬（ STIR）정명현고신호，변계교청초。29례반요（저）부기타병변，31례위단순성병변。결론：요배부천근막염시조성요퇴통적중요원인지일，MRI시해병적유효검사방법，구유흔고적림상응용개치。
Objective:To explore MRI findings and clinical significance of lumbosacral uperficial fasciitis .Methods:MRI findings of 60 cases with lumbosacral superficial fasciitis diagnosed by clinic and medical imaging were retrospectively analyzed .Results:MRI demon-strated that strip or patchy abnormal signal intensity were seen in the lumbosacral superficial fascia of all the 60 cases.T1WI showed hy-pointensity ,T2WI showed hyperintensity or slight hyperintensity , STIR showed apparent hyperintensity ,and the boundary was clear .29 ca-ses accompanied with other lumbosacral lesions , 6 cases were single lesion .Conclusion:Lumbosacral superficial fasciitis was one of the important causes of the lumbocrural pain , MRI was the effective method to detect the disease , and highly valuable in clinical application .
