目的：探讨2种不同麻醉方法在支气管镜检查中的效果。方法：对我院2012年7月～2013年7月接受支气管镜检查的155例患者随机分为2组，个体化麻醉组（ A组）80例，常规喷壶麻醉组（ B组）75例，观察对比2组麻醉的效果。结果：A组麻醉成功率98．70％，B组麻醉成功率94．67％，A组成功率优于B组。结论：个体化麻醉的效果明显优于常规喷壶麻醉的效果，有推广应用价值。
목적：탐토2충불동마취방법재지기관경검사중적효과。방법：대아원2012년7월～2013년7월접수지기관경검사적155례환자수궤분위2조，개체화마취조（ A조）80례，상규분호마취조（ B조）75례，관찰대비2조마취적효과。결과：A조마취성공솔98．70％，B조마취성공솔94．67％，A조성공솔우우B조。결론：개체화마취적효과명현우우상규분호마취적효과，유추엄응용개치。
Objective:To compare the efficiency of two techniques used in anaesthesia for bronchoscopy .Methods:155 patients who received bronchoscopy from July 2012 to July 2013 in our hospital were randomly enrolled into two groups:group A ( n =80 ) , anaesthe-sia in dividual;and group B ( n =75) in which the anaesthetic was sprayed on laryngeal region .The efficiencies of the two techniques were compared.Results:There were significant more patients who experience successful anesthesia in group A (98.7% ) than those in Group B (94.67%).Conclusions:The anaesthesia in dividual was more efficient than that by laryngeal spray .
