面对新形势对高技能人才应当具备的特点，本文着重分析了高职院校高技能人才培养的现状：学生基础薄弱；双师型教师质和量水平不高；校内外实训基地条件有限等，旨在进一步探索新时期高职院校高技能人才培养的新方法。

New situation requires more for high-skilled talents. This paper analyzes the current situation of high-skilled talents training in higher vocational colleges:students' weak foundation, low level of double-role teachers in quality and quantity, limitation of training base condition, etc., aiming to further explore the new method for high-skilled talents training in higher vocational colleges in the new period.
