为了提高农机具深松部件的耐磨性,采用等离子堆焊技术在深松铲尖表面制备碳化铬晶粒-碳铬铁涂层,用X射线衍射仪、金相显微镜和洛氏硬度仪分析与测量了焊层的组织和性能。所制备的堆焊层组织致密,与基体铸铁材料相比,堆焊层材料的平均硬度提高了5~10倍。田间试验表明,经过该工艺处理后的深松铲尖的耐磨粒磨损性能显著提高。
為瞭提高農機具深鬆部件的耐磨性,採用等離子堆銲技術在深鬆鏟尖錶麵製備碳化鉻晶粒-碳鉻鐵塗層,用X射線衍射儀、金相顯微鏡和洛氏硬度儀分析與測量瞭銲層的組織和性能。所製備的堆銲層組織緻密,與基體鑄鐵材料相比,堆銲層材料的平均硬度提高瞭5~10倍。田間試驗錶明,經過該工藝處理後的深鬆鏟尖的耐磨粒磨損性能顯著提高。
위료제고농궤구심송부건적내마성,채용등리자퇴한기술재심송산첨표면제비탄화락정립-탄락철도층,용X사선연사의、금상현미경화락씨경도의분석여측량료한층적조직화성능。소제비적퇴한층조직치밀,여기체주철재료상비,퇴한층재료적평균경도제고료5~10배。전간시험표명,경과해공예처리후적심송산첨적내마립마손성능현저제고。
In order to enhance the abrasive resistance of the agricultural tools and machinery to subsoiling component, the technique of plasma arc overlaying was used to obtain chromic carbide crystal grain -carbon ferrochrome coating on subsoi-ler surface , with X-ray diffraction instrument , the metalloscope and the Rockwell hardness tester analyzed and surveyed the layer organization and performance .The test result indicated that the welding layer prepared is uniform and dense in microstructure ,including the amorphous body ;Compared with the substrate cast iron material , overlaying compound ma-terials average degree of hardness enhanced 5~10 times .The field trial indicated that the performance of the subsoiler with abrasive wear-resisting remarkably enhanced after this processing .
