对比分析了非静电雾滴(喷液为自来水)、静电雾滴(喷液为自来水、质量分数为2%的氯化钠溶液)在靶标周围的运动轨迹。为了获得清晰的雾滴运动轨迹图像,采用高速图像采集系统对静电雾滴运动轨迹图像进行采集,然后采用图像处理技术和LK金字塔光流法研究静电雾滴的运动轨迹。试验结果表明,静电喷雾能够改变雾滴的运动方向,使雾滴向靶标反面运动;增大喷液的电导率能够明显增大静电雾滴的“环绕”效应。
對比分析瞭非靜電霧滴(噴液為自來水)、靜電霧滴(噴液為自來水、質量分數為2%的氯化鈉溶液)在靶標週圍的運動軌跡。為瞭穫得清晰的霧滴運動軌跡圖像,採用高速圖像採集繫統對靜電霧滴運動軌跡圖像進行採集,然後採用圖像處理技術和LK金字塔光流法研究靜電霧滴的運動軌跡。試驗結果錶明,靜電噴霧能夠改變霧滴的運動方嚮,使霧滴嚮靶標反麵運動;增大噴液的電導率能夠明顯增大靜電霧滴的“環繞”效應。
대비분석료비정전무적(분액위자래수)、정전무적(분액위자래수、질량분수위2%적록화납용액)재파표주위적운동궤적。위료획득청석적무적운동궤적도상,채용고속도상채집계통대정전무적운동궤적도상진행채집,연후채용도상처리기술화LK금자탑광류법연구정전무적적운동궤적。시험결과표명,정전분무능구개변무적적운동방향,사무적향파표반면운동;증대분액적전도솔능구명현증대정전무적적“배요”효응。
Comparisons between the trajectories of non-charged droplets ( the spray is tap water ) and the trajectories of charged droplets ( the spray are tap water and sodium chloride solution whose mass fraction is 2%) around targets had been done.In order to get the clear image of droplets ’ trajectories, a high-speed image acquisition system was used to acquire the image of droplets ’ trajectories , then using image processing technology and LK pyramid optical flow method to research the droplets ’ trajectories .The results showed that electrostatic spraying can change the movement direction of droplets, make droplets move to the back side of targets .Increase the electrical conductivity of spray can enhance the“wrap-around” effect of charged droplets obviously .
