根据目前粮食干燥控制系统存在的问题,提出了一种基于现场总线粮食干燥分布式控制系统。上位监控计算机采用EPCS-500嵌入式工控机,利用组态软件开发上位机界面,下位机采用带 CAN 总线的 P83 C591单片机作为各个智能测控节点,选用电容法对粮食含水率进行检测,利用单总线数字温度传感器芯片 DS18 B20测量干燥温度。研究设计表明,该分布式粮食干燥控制系统控制准确,控制参数和干燥工艺调整方便,线路少且维修方便,精度高且抗干扰能力强,价格低廉,能满足了粮食干燥实时测控的要求。
根據目前糧食榦燥控製繫統存在的問題,提齣瞭一種基于現場總線糧食榦燥分佈式控製繫統。上位鑑控計算機採用EPCS-500嵌入式工控機,利用組態軟件開髮上位機界麵,下位機採用帶 CAN 總線的 P83 C591單片機作為各箇智能測控節點,選用電容法對糧食含水率進行檢測,利用單總線數字溫度傳感器芯片 DS18 B20測量榦燥溫度。研究設計錶明,該分佈式糧食榦燥控製繫統控製準確,控製參數和榦燥工藝調整方便,線路少且維脩方便,精度高且抗榦擾能力彊,價格低廉,能滿足瞭糧食榦燥實時測控的要求。

A grain drying distributed controlling system based on CAN Bus is put forward according to the present dry controlling system .The upper computer adopted the EPCS-500 embedded engineering machine , making full use of con-figuration software to develop the upper computer interface .While for the lower computer , the P83 C591 SCM with CAN Bus is used as nodes of each intelligent controllers , detecting the grain moisture content with the use of the capacitance method and detecting the drying temperature with the use of the DS 18 B20 which is called the single bus digital tempera-ture sensor chip .It has been proved that this distributed grain drying controlling system is accuracy controlled .It can conveniently adjust the control parameters and the drying technology .With the less lines , it can be mended conveniently . It has high accuracy and is strong enough to withstand the interference .With low price it can fulfill the demanding of real-time measurement .
