根据原核桃不以品种而以果核大小定价的销售特点,设计开发了高效的3FJ-001型核桃分级机。同时,阐述了其结构特点及工作原理,合理确定了主要部件的运动参数,并通过正交试验得出3FJ-001型核桃分级机的主要因素的最佳水平组合。试验表明:当其它因素不变的情况下,筛面倾角α=4°,振动次数 n=500 r/min,筛面振幅A=5 mm时,分级精度最高;并且通过更换筛网规格,可用于机械、建筑、医药以及食品等其它物料的筛分。

According to selling Characteristics of the original walnut based on size not to varieties .Therefore , design and development the 3 FJ-001 walnut classifier machine .The paper describes the structural features and working principle of the machine .Reasonably determine the main components of the motion parameters , the main factors and the best combi-nation of levels was also obtained through orthogonal tests .Experiments show that:when other factors remain unchanged , the screen surface amplitude A =6mm, screen angle alpha =4 °the vibration frequency n =500 r/min, the classifica-tion accuracy is the highest .And by replacing the screen size , the machine can be used for screening machinery , archi-tecture , medicine , food and other materials .
