根据新型矮化密植下的核桃树特点,设计了一种便携式核桃采摘机,提出一种新的夹持机构,并对该机主要部件进行了详细设计;运用三维软件Pro/E对零部件进行了三维实体建模及虚拟装配,同时对机构进行了静态和动态干涉检查,结果证明了整机的合理性。
根據新型矮化密植下的覈桃樹特點,設計瞭一種便攜式覈桃採摘機,提齣一種新的夾持機構,併對該機主要部件進行瞭詳細設計;運用三維軟件Pro/E對零部件進行瞭三維實體建模及虛擬裝配,同時對機構進行瞭靜態和動態榦涉檢查,結果證明瞭整機的閤理性。

According to the new dwarf density characteristics of the trees , designed a portable walnut harvest machine , put forward a new clamping device , and made a detailed design for the main components;Made 3 D modeling for various parts and virtual assembly by using three dimensional software Pro /e , and has carried on the static and dynamic interfer-ence check to institutions , results show the rationality of the machine .
