打结器是牧草打捆机上一个重要的组成部件,驱动齿盘是打结器中一个重要的部件,它为整个打结器提供动力,其质量的好坏直接影响整个打捆机打结的效率,它有1个动力输入轴和3个动力传输线路,分别由齿轮啮合和凸轮带动运动,由于整套机构运行速度快,齿轮运动轨迹精密,运动容易发生错位,传动部件发生磨损,继而造成整套装置的损坏和工作失灵。为此,通过对打结器驱动齿盘模态进行分析,得出打结器驱动齿盘各阶共振频率,为驱动齿盘结构优化提供理论依据。

Knotter is grass bundling an important component of machine , a driving gear disk is knotter an important part , it provides the power output from the knotter , its quality directly influences the efficiency of bundling machine knot , it has a power input shaft and a three power transmission line , are driven by the gear and cam motion , the running speed of the whole mechanism , gear trajectory precision , prone to dislocation motion , transmission parts wear , causing damage and the whole set of device failure .In this paper , through the deep knotter driving gear modal analysis , obtains the fluted disc each order resonance frequency knotter driving .As the driving wheel structure can provide a theoretical basis for op-timization .
