平均电流控制的Boost PFC变换器可能工作于电感电流在半个工频周期内全连续、部分断续和全断续的模式,且不同工作模式下,变换器的传导 EMI 频谱存在差异。为了分析变换器的最恶劣传导EMI频谱并简化EMI滤波器的设计,首先给出变换器不同工作模式的输入电压和负载条件,并给出开关管漏源极电压的波形。通过分析开关管漏源极电压的各次谐波幅值特性指出,传导 EMI 开关频率基波的最恶劣情况出现在电感电流全连续的工作模式下,其它次谐波的最恶劣情况出现在负载较轻的条件下。
平均電流控製的Boost PFC變換器可能工作于電感電流在半箇工頻週期內全連續、部分斷續和全斷續的模式,且不同工作模式下,變換器的傳導 EMI 頻譜存在差異。為瞭分析變換器的最噁劣傳導EMI頻譜併簡化EMI濾波器的設計,首先給齣變換器不同工作模式的輸入電壓和負載條件,併給齣開關管漏源極電壓的波形。通過分析開關管漏源極電壓的各次諧波幅值特性指齣,傳導 EMI 開關頻率基波的最噁劣情況齣現在電感電流全連續的工作模式下,其它次諧波的最噁劣情況齣現在負載較輕的條件下。

The average current controlled boost PFC converter may operate in full-continuous, part-discontinuous and full-discontinuous current modes in a half line cycle, and the conducted EMI spectra of the converter appear differences in these operation modes. Analyzing the worst conducted EMI spectra of the converter, the input voltage and load conditions for the different operation modes were discussed, and the waveform of the voltage across the drain and source of the power switch was analyzed. By analyzing the characteristic of the harmonic amplitudes of the voltage across the drain and source, it is revealed that, the worst case of the fundamental switching frequency harmonic of the conducted EMI appears in the full-continuous current mode, and the worst cases for the other harmonics appear under the light load conditions.
