针对五相集中整距绕组感应电机,通过注入三次谐波电流来优化气隙磁密分布和定子电流波形,有效提高铁心利用率和功率密度。采用带定子电阻辨识的滑模观测器,实现宽范围的无速度传感器运行,并且将得到的转子磁链用于直接矢量控制,保证电机在瞬态过程中有较好的动态性能。传统谐波注入电流方式仅关注气隙磁密分布,忽略了定子电流畸变,该文采用的方法同时将气隙磁密和定子电流优化成平顶波。构建一套低直流母线电压供电的五相感应电机控制系统,实验结果证明了无传感器下谐波优化控制策略的可行性。

A technique to improve iron utilization and power density in the five-phase induction motor with concentrated full-pitch windings structure is presented in this paper, which is realized through third harmonic current injection to optimize air-gap flux density distribution and stator current waveform. Sliding Mode Observer with stator resistance identification is adopted to achieve sensorless vector control for high transient response performance, by using the rotor flux estimation for direct rotor flux orientation in the wide speed range. The proposed method with third harmonic current injection is achieved to reshape the flat-topped waveforms for air-gap flux distribution and stator current, while conventional method focuses on the flux density optimization, neglecting the stator current distortion. A five-phase induction motor drive with low DC link is constructed, and experimental results verify the feasibility of the sensorless vector control strategy with improved harmonic injection.
