在现有活塞式压缩试验装置的基础上,设计了液压传动装置和控制系统、气压转动装置及控制系统、数据采集分析系统,构建了生物质振动压缩固体成型试验系统,并在成型活塞轴向叠加振动、成型模具轴向叠加振动及不叠加振动等3种工况下进行了验证分析。试验表明:振动的引入有利于克服成型燃料棒与模具壁的摩擦力和燃料棒的内应力,从而使生物质固体成型过程的保型段时间明显缩短,大大降低了压缩过程的能耗,提高了生产率。
在現有活塞式壓縮試驗裝置的基礎上,設計瞭液壓傳動裝置和控製繫統、氣壓轉動裝置及控製繫統、數據採集分析繫統,構建瞭生物質振動壓縮固體成型試驗繫統,併在成型活塞軸嚮疊加振動、成型模具軸嚮疊加振動及不疊加振動等3種工況下進行瞭驗證分析。試驗錶明:振動的引入有利于剋服成型燃料棒與模具壁的摩抆力和燃料棒的內應力,從而使生物質固體成型過程的保型段時間明顯縮短,大大降低瞭壓縮過程的能耗,提高瞭生產率。
재현유활새식압축시험장치적기출상,설계료액압전동장치화공제계통、기압전동장치급공제계통、수거채집분석계통,구건료생물질진동압축고체성형시험계통,병재성형활새축향첩가진동、성형모구축향첩가진동급불첩가진동등3충공황하진행료험증분석。시험표명:진동적인입유리우극복성형연료봉여모구벽적마찰력화연료봉적내응력,종이사생물질고체성형과정적보형단시간명현축단,대대강저료압축과정적능모,제고료생산솔。
On the basis of existing biomass compressed set-up, hydraulic transmission and control system , pneumatic transmission and control system ,data acquisition system were designed to build an experimental system of biomass solidifi-cations under assisted vibration in this paper .Tests on the experimental system were conducted under three conditions :when axial assisted vibration exerted on piston , axial assisted vibration exerted on die , as well as without assisted vibra-tion .The results show that , the vibration can decrease friction between biomass fuel and the mold wall and internal stress set up biomass , so that the process of biomass solidification is significantly shortened .Then the energy consumption is lower , the production efficiency is enhanced in compress process .
