为了解决大型宽幅条播机作业质量监测的问题,开发了一种基于 RS485总线的播种机种肥监测系统。该系统采用电容传感器检测种肥管路内物料状态,通过对电容信号的分析处理,进而判断管路阻塞、排空等故障状况。采用RS485总线进行多节点数据传输,便于系统扩展,给出了系统的软硬件设计。田间试验表明,系统对阻塞报警的准确率为100%,对管路排空报警也有较高的准确率,能够满足实际生产需要。
為瞭解決大型寬幅條播機作業質量鑑測的問題,開髮瞭一種基于 RS485總線的播種機種肥鑑測繫統。該繫統採用電容傳感器檢測種肥管路內物料狀態,通過對電容信號的分析處理,進而判斷管路阻塞、排空等故障狀況。採用RS485總線進行多節點數據傳輸,便于繫統擴展,給齣瞭繫統的軟硬件設計。田間試驗錶明,繫統對阻塞報警的準確率為100%,對管路排空報警也有較高的準確率,能夠滿足實際生產需要。

A new seed monitoring system was developed based on RS 485 bus to improve the seeding quality of large planter .The capacitive sensor was designed to detect the material through state , and the planter failure was recognized by analyzed the capacitive signal .The experiment results showed that the system accuracy for block failure was up to 100%, and the system also had high sensitivity and low rate of false alarm .This system can effectively fit for the actual needs .
