南疆红枣的分级目前还停留在外部品质,然而红枣的内部品质比外部品质更重要。红枣的内部品质包括糖度、酸度等。利用近红外漫反射光谱技术对南疆红枣糖度进行无损检测,应用傅立叶变换近红外光谱仪采集红枣光谱图,糖度的测定选用数字阿贝折射仪。分别选用偏最小二乘法( PLS )和主成分回归分析法( PCR )的化学计量学方法建立红枣校正模型,光谱数据预处理选择一阶导数光谱、平滑等,得到的校正相关系数( Rc )为0.9425,预测相关系数(Rp)为0.9104,校正标准偏差(SEC)值为1.02。预测标准偏差(SEP)值为0.836,主因子数为5。
