黄瓜种植面积广,市场需求大。为实现在现有种植环境下的大批量高效收获作业需求,设计了一种智能黄瓜收获机,由立支架系统、收获车、单轴式简易差速装置和控制系统等主要部分组成。收获车在立支架系统的导轨上行走,单轴式简易差速装置实现变轨过程中收获车的左右驱动轮在圆弧轨道上的差速运动。智能黄瓜收获机可以通过传感器对黄瓜成熟度的进行判别,再由控制器控制收获刀具完成收获或避让落蔓过程中悬挂在导轨内侧挂钩上的黄瓜,从而完成收获过程。试验结果表明:该收获机最佳收获速度0.5m/s,最佳传感器与收获刀具之间的安装距离为87mm,黄瓜收获成功率可达97%以上,具有较好的应用前景。

The area of cucumber cultivation is widespread , and the market share is large .In order to achieve the require-ments of the mass efficient harvesting job in the existing cultivation environment , a smart cucumber harvester designed .It is composed of the assembly bracket system , the harvest cart , the simple differential device for single-axis, control sys-tem , and other major parts , the harvest cart walk on the rails of the assembly bracket system , the simple differential de-vice for single-axis achieve the differential movement of left and right drive wheels on the circular orbit during orbital transfer .The maturity of cucumber can be distinguished by sensors of the intelligent cucumber harvester , and the harvest tool can be controlled to harvest or avoid the cucumbers of hanging the hook on inside of rails in the process of fallen vines by controller , and the harvest process is completed .The results of experiment shows that the best harvest speed of the harvester is 0.5m/s, the best installation distance between sensor and harvesting tool is 87mm, the cucumber harves-ting success rates of up to 97%.It has good prospects .
