田间玉米收获后,秸秆等物质经过机械加工成为粉末,再将其挤压制成青饲料颗粒。为回收利用秸秆等剩余物,设计了一种移动啮合式青饲料颗粒机,可以结合车架与粉碎机,直接在田间工作。该机由柴油机、机架、主轴系统、环模系统、进料系统和环模清理系统组成。与以往机器相比,其具有独特的环模清理系统,延长了机器的寿命,大大降低了运输成本,提高了生产效率。机架采用肋板连接,防止振动变形,用型钢焊接而成,刚度比较好。同时,采用了Solidworks 建模,导入ANSYS Workbench13.0中,进行了模态分析。分析结果表明,该机器设计满足工作要求,可为将来机器的改进提供了一定的参考和理论依据。

When the corns are harvested , thestalks and other things are machined into powder , then its are extruded into green fodder .In order to recycle these residues such as stalks and promote energy conservation , the mobile intermeshing green fodder pellet machine is designed , the machine is combined with the grinder fixed on the frame and it can directly work in farm.The machine is comprised of diesel-engine, frame, spindle system, ring die system, feeder system and the cleaning circular mould device .Compared with the previous machine , the machine has a unique the cleaning circular mould device , the serve life of the machines is increased , the costs of the previous transportation is saved greatly , the production efficiency is improved .The machine frame with ribs is designed to decrease vibration deformation with the cho-cie of structural steel .Modeling them with Solidworks , modal analysis are done after imported into ANSYS 13 .0 Work-bench .The result meets the actual working requirements .The design and analysis provides certain inference and theory basis for the improvement of the new machine .
