利用AutoCAD 2012软件的三维设计功能建立了芦笋施肥机的机架三维模型，通过ANSYS-Workbench 软件对机架做有限元模态分析，得到机架前10阶的模态和振型以及各阶模态6个自由度上的参与因子表。根据模态分析的结果，指出了设计中存在的不足，提出了改进的措施。研究结果可为机架后续的性能改善和优化设计提供参考依据。

Based on ANSYS-Workbench , the solid model of the frame was built , which was made with AutoCAD 2012 . The first ten frequencies , the corresponding model shapes and Participation Factor Calculation of 6-dof were obtained through modal analysis .According to the results of the modal analysis pointed out the deficiencies in design , and puts forward improving measures .The result provide the reference basis for following performance improvement and design op-timization .
