Mouse Nerve Growth Factor%Biofeedback Therapy%Stroke%Hemiplegia
目的:观察鼠神经生长因子联合生物反馈疗法治疗脑卒中后偏瘫的临床价值。方法两组均予常规治疗,对照组(n=45)给予生物反馈疗法治疗,治疗组(n=45)采用鼠神经生长因子联合生物反馈疗法治疗。全部患者连续治疗6周后,比较两组的治疗效果。结果对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为80.0%,93.3%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Brunnstrom评定结果显示,治疗组患者偏瘫侧肢体的恢复情况明显优于对照组。结论采用鼠神经生长因子联合生物反馈疗法治疗脑卒中偏瘫比单用生物反馈疗法更能改善患者偏瘫侧肢体功能恢复。

목적:관찰서신경생장인자연합생물반궤요법치료뇌졸중후편탄적림상개치。방법량조균여상규치료,대조조(n=45)급여생물반궤요법치료,치료조(n=45)채용서신경생장인자연합생물반궤요법치료。전부환자련속치료6주후,비교량조적치료효과。결과대조조화치료조총유효솔분별위80.0%,93.3%,량자비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。Brunnstrom평정결과현시,치료조환자편탄측지체적회복정황명현우우대조조。결론채용서신경생장인자연합생물반궤요법치료뇌졸중편탄비단용생물반궤요법경능개선환자편탄측지체공능회복。
Objective To explore clinical value of hemiplegia after stroke by mouse nerve growth factor combined with biofeedback therapy. Methods Routine treatment were given to two groups,biofeedback therapy were give to the patients (n=45)with hemiplegia after stroke in control group,while the patients(n=45)were give mouse nerve growth factor combined with biofeedback therapy in treatment group.After the patients received corresponding treatment for 6 weeks,the clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of control group and treatment group was 80.0%and 93.3%. The differences of total effective rate were significant between groups. The limbs function in patients with hemiplegic in treatment group recovery was significantly better than that in control group .Conclusion Compared with the control group which treatment with biofeedback therapy,mouse nerve growth factor combined with biofeedback therapy can significantly improvement the limbs function in patients with hemiplegic after stroke.
