目的：探讨临床药师知识转型的内涵。方法：依据国家法律法规和有关文献资料，对临床药师的培养对象、培养内容，培训时间以及提高专业素质水平、沟通技巧和团队协作能力等进行讨论。结果：临床药师是医药复合型应用性人才，知识转型以掌握临床知识为目标，参与临床合理用药为目的。结论：当今临床药师知识转型是社会发展的需要，是社会发展的必然产物。
目的：探討臨床藥師知識轉型的內涵。方法：依據國傢法律法規和有關文獻資料，對臨床藥師的培養對象、培養內容，培訓時間以及提高專業素質水平、溝通技巧和糰隊協作能力等進行討論。結果：臨床藥師是醫藥複閤型應用性人纔，知識轉型以掌握臨床知識為目標，參與臨床閤理用藥為目的。結論：噹今臨床藥師知識轉型是社會髮展的需要，是社會髮展的必然產物。
목적：탐토림상약사지식전형적내함。방법：의거국가법율법규화유관문헌자료，대림상약사적배양대상、배양내용，배훈시간이급제고전업소질수평、구통기교화단대협작능력등진행토론。결과：림상약사시의약복합형응용성인재，지식전형이장악림상지식위목표，삼여림상합리용약위목적。결론：당금림상약사지식전형시사회발전적수요，시사회발전적필연산물。
Objective: To discuss the connotation of the knowledge transformation of clinical pharmacist . Methods: According to the relevant national laws and regulations and the documents concerned , discussions were performed on the topics of training object , training content and schedule for clinical pharmacist , as well as the way to improve the professional quality level , communication skills and team cooperation ability and so on . Results: Clinical pharmacists are interdisciplinary and applied talents . The purpose of knowledge transformation of clinical pharmacist is to master the clinical knowledge and to participate in the practice of rational drug use . Conclusion: The knowledge transformation of clinical pharmacist is the need and an inevitable result of social development .
