少数民族学生的教育与发展问题直接关系到我国的经济发展、文明进步和社会稳定，作为一线的教育工作者，应高度重视对少数民族学生的课程教学质量。笔者从研究少数民族学生学习特点和基础入手，分析了少数民族学生学习“C语言程序设计”课程的现状及原因，从培养目标、教学内容、学习情境、师资团队和教学资源等方面阐述了“C语言程序设计”课程体系的改革和构建。

The education and development of minority students is directly related to China's economic development,civilization progress and social stability,asa educator, should attach great importance to theminority students teaching quality.The author starts from the study of minority students learning foundation and features, analysis of the minority students"current situation and reasons of C programming"course, from the training objectives, teaching content,learning situation,team of teachers and teaching resources and other aspects of the "C programming" course system reform and construction.
