专业师资队伍是高职院校建设和发展的关键，是人才培养质量的保证。本文以浙江育英职业技术学院校企合作为研究背景，对“校企混编”双师结构教师队伍模式进行研究，探索建立一条在校企之间的人才、知识、信息、技术、设备等方面长期合作的有效的机制。
