目的:评价聚乙二醇滴眼液对白内障术后干眼症患者泪膜破裂时间的影响及对其症状的改善作用。方法:选取我院2013-01/08患者80例,随机分为对照组、治疗组,检测泪膜破裂时间,并进行症状评分,A组予以玻璃酸钠眼液滴眼1wk,B组予以聚乙二醇眼液治疗1wk,1 wk后再次检测泪膜破裂时间及进行症状评分。结果:泪膜破裂时间(BUT)对照组治疗前为3.87±1.12s,治疗后为4.21±1.06s,比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组治疗前3.98±1.04s,治疗后8.98±1.30s,有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组和治疗组治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);症状积分对照组治疗前13.71±2.91分,治疗后7.01±3.11分,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗前12.98±2.54分,治疗后3.98±1.94分,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组和治疗组治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:聚乙二醇眼液能延长白内障术后干眼症患者的泪膜破裂时间,并可以改善患者主观症状,是治疗干眼症较有效的药物之一。

목적:평개취을이순적안액대백내장술후간안증환자루막파렬시간적영향급대기증상적개선작용。방법:선취아원2013-01/08환자80례,수궤분위대조조、치료조,검측루막파렬시간,병진행증상평분,A조여이파리산납안액적안1wk,B조여이취을이순안액치료1wk,1 wk후재차검측루막파렬시간급진행증상평분。결과:루막파렬시간(BUT)대조조치료전위3.87±1.12s,치료후위4.21±1.06s,비교무통계학의의(P>0.05),치료조치료전3.98±1.04s,치료후8.98±1.30s,유통계학의의(P<0.05),대조조화치료조치료후차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);증상적분대조조치료전13.71±2.91분,치료후7.01±3.11분,비교유통계학의의(P<0.05),치료조치료전12.98±2.54분,치료후3.98±1.94분,비교유통계학의의(P<0.05),대조조화치료조치료후차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:취을이순안액능연장백내장술후간안증환자적루막파렬시간,병가이개선환자주관증상,시치료간안증교유효적약물지일。
AIM: To evaluate the effect of polyethylene glycol eye drops on tear film break-up time and symptoms for dry eyes after cataract surgery. METHODS: Eighty patients with dry eyes secondary to cataract surgery who were treated in our hospital from January to August 2013 were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops for one week, and Group B was treated with polyethylene glycol eye drops for one week. The break-up time of tear film was measured and the subjective symptoms were graded before and after the treatment. RESULTS:The tear film break-up time of group A was respectively 3.87 ±1.12s and 4.21 ±1.06s before and after the treatment, with no significant difference(P>0.05); it was respectively 3.98 ±1.04s and 8.98 ±1.30s with significant difference for group B (P<0.05).The symptom grade of group A was respectively 13.71 ±2.9 and 7.01 ± 3.11 before and after the treatment with significant difference (P<0.05).It was 12.98±2.54 and 3.98±1.94 with significantly difference for group B (P<0.05).After the treatment, there was a significant difference between group A and group B (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Polyethylene glycol eye drops can extend tear film break-up time and improve symptoms of dry eyes.It is an effective drug in treatment of dry eyes after cataract surgery.
