目的:评价Haigis-L公式与临床资料法SRK/T公式( CH-SRK/T)预测近视患者准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术( laser in situ keratomileusis ,LASIK)术后人工晶状体度数的差异。方法:选取我院2012-10/2013-02手术患者72例140眼,眼轴≤26mm,排除其他眼部疾病。分别用Haigis-L,CH-SRK/T计算LASIK手术后人工晶状体度数,用SPSS 18.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果:Haigis-L公式计算LASIK术后豪雅人工晶状体度数平均值为22.99±1.38D, CH-SRK/T计算豪雅人工晶状体度数平均值为19.95±1.69 D,配对样本均数t检验,成对差分均值-3.039±1.899D,Wilcoxon 带符号秩检验,秩和为-3.408a,P=0.001;Haigis-L公式所测得LASIK术后眼力健AR40人工晶状体度数为23.26±1.49D,CH-SRK/T公式所测得LASIK术后眼力健AR40人工晶状体度数的平均值为20.05±1.69D,配对样本均数t检验,成对差分均值为-3.208±1.823 D,Wilcoxon带符号秩检验,秩和为-3.408 a ,P=0.001。结论:近视患者LASIK术后人工晶状体度数用CH-SRK/T较Haigis-L公式测定结果低,照此植入人工晶状体术后更容易偏向欠矫。

목적:평개Haigis-L공식여림상자료법SRK/T공식( CH-SRK/T)예측근시환자준분자격광원위각막마양술( laser in situ keratomileusis ,LASIK)술후인공정상체도수적차이。방법:선취아원2012-10/2013-02수술환자72례140안,안축≤26mm,배제기타안부질병。분별용Haigis-L,CH-SRK/T계산LASIK수술후인공정상체도수,용SPSS 18.0통계연건진행통계학분석。결과:Haigis-L공식계산LASIK술후호아인공정상체도수평균치위22.99±1.38D, CH-SRK/T계산호아인공정상체도수평균치위19.95±1.69 D,배대양본균수t검험,성대차분균치-3.039±1.899D,Wilcoxon 대부호질검험,질화위-3.408a,P=0.001;Haigis-L공식소측득LASIK술후안력건AR40인공정상체도수위23.26±1.49D,CH-SRK/T공식소측득LASIK술후안력건AR40인공정상체도수적평균치위20.05±1.69D,배대양본균수t검험,성대차분균치위-3.208±1.823 D,Wilcoxon대부호질검험,질화위-3.408 a ,P=0.001。결론:근시환자LASIK술후인공정상체도수용CH-SRK/T교Haigis-L공식측정결과저,조차식입인공정상체술후경용역편향흠교。
AIM: To evaluate the differences between Haigis-L formula and CH-SRK/T when predicting intraocular lens power after laser in situ keratomileusis ( LASIK) surgery for myopia. METHODS: Seventy-two patients ( 140 eyes, axial length ≤ 26mm ) after LASIK surgery were recruited between October 2012 and February 2013. Participants with other ophthalmic diseases were excluded.Haigis-L and CH -SRK/T formula were used to calculate the intraocular lens power separately after LASIK surgery and the data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 software. RESULTS:The mean value of Hoyaintraocular lens after LASIK was 22.99 ±1.38D by Haigis-L formula compared with 19.95±1.69D using CH-SRK/T formula.According to paired t-test, pairs of differential mean are -3.039 ± 1.899D.Wilcoxon signed rank test was used and the sum of ranks was -3.408a(P=0.001).Meanwhile, the mean value of Allergan AR40 intraocular lens was 23.26 ±1.49D by Haigis-L formula; while the degree of intraocular lens calculated by CH-SRK/T formula was 20.05 ±1.69D. According to paired t-test, pairs of differential mean are -3.208 ±1.823D.Wilcoxon signed rank test was used and the sum of ranks was -3.408a(P=0.001). CONCLUSION: After LASIK surgery for myopia, the degree of intraocular lens power measured by CH-SRK/T is lower than that by Haigis-L formula.The degree of intraocular lens power calculated by CH-SRK/T is more likely to be under corrected.
