目的:探讨红细胞指标对鉴别妊娠合并地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血的价值。方法选择妊娠合并地中海贫血者45例纳入地贫组,45例合并缺铁性贫血(IDA)的孕妇纳入IDA组,未合并地中海贫血和IDA的孕妇45例纳入对照组,比较三组孕妇红细胞指标参数。结果 RBC计数在IDA组明显低于地贫组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),地贫组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);平均红细胞体积(MCV)在地贫组及IDA组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但在地贫组及IDA组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)在IDA组明显高于地贫组及对照组,且地贫组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红细胞指标中低MCV及高RDW是IDA的特征性改变,在妊娠期妇女合并地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血的鉴别诊断上具有实用价值。
目的:探討紅細胞指標對鑒彆妊娠閤併地中海貧血和缺鐵性貧血的價值。方法選擇妊娠閤併地中海貧血者45例納入地貧組,45例閤併缺鐵性貧血(IDA)的孕婦納入IDA組,未閤併地中海貧血和IDA的孕婦45例納入對照組,比較三組孕婦紅細胞指標參數。結果 RBC計數在IDA組明顯低于地貧組及對照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05),地貧組與對照組差異無統計學意義(P>0.05);平均紅細胞體積(MCV)在地貧組及IDA組均顯著低于對照組(P<0.05),但在地貧組及IDA組差異無統計學意義(P>0.05);紅細胞體積分佈寬度(RDW)在IDA組明顯高于地貧組及對照組,且地貧組明顯高于對照組,差異均有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論紅細胞指標中低MCV及高RDW是IDA的特徵性改變,在妊娠期婦女閤併地中海貧血與缺鐵性貧血的鑒彆診斷上具有實用價值。
목적:탐토홍세포지표대감별임신합병지중해빈혈화결철성빈혈적개치。방법선택임신합병지중해빈혈자45례납입지빈조,45례합병결철성빈혈(IDA)적잉부납입IDA조,미합병지중해빈혈화IDA적잉부45례납입대조조,비교삼조잉부홍세포지표삼수。결과 RBC계수재IDA조명현저우지빈조급대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),지빈조여대조조차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);평균홍세포체적(MCV)재지빈조급IDA조균현저저우대조조(P<0.05),단재지빈조급IDA조차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);홍세포체적분포관도(RDW)재IDA조명현고우지빈조급대조조,차지빈조명현고우대조조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론홍세포지표중저MCV급고RDW시IDA적특정성개변,재임신기부녀합병지중해빈혈여결철성빈혈적감별진단상구유실용개치。
Objective To investigate the value of red blood cell parameters in identifying pregnancy with thalassemia and pregnancy with iron-deficiency anemia. Methods 45 cases of pregnancy with thalassemia were in-cluded as thalassemia group, 45 cases of pregnancy with iron-deficiency anemia were included as IDA group and 45 cases of normal pregnancy were included as control group. The red cell parameters in each group were compared. Results RBC count in IDA group was significantly lower than that in thalassemia and control groups. There was no significant difference in RBC count between thalassemia and control group. MCV in thalassemia and IDA groups were significantly lower than that in control group. However, MCV in thalassemia and IDA groups showed no signifi-cant difference. RDW in IDA group was significantly higher than that of thalassemia and control group and RDW in thalassemia group was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion Low MCV and high RDW in red cell parameters were characteristic changes of IDA in pregnant women, which had practical values in the differential diagnosis of pregnancy with IDA and pregnancy with thalassemia.
