针对风电并网所带来的电力系统备用容量需求增大的问题,提出了含风电场的互联电力系统备用容量优化模型。在机会约束规划的框架下,以互联系统备用容量最小为目标,综合考虑风电出力和负荷预测偏差、发电机组故障停运等不确定因素,建立了计及各子系统备用资源特点的机会约束模型,并量化了共享备用的容量和调用过程;采用基于Monte-Carlo 随机模拟的遗传算法对模型进行求解。算例分析结果表明,该方法能够在保证系统安全稳定的前提下,有效降低系统备用容量配置。

In allusion to the increasing requirement on reserve capacity due to grid-connection of wind farms, a reserve capacity optimization model of interconnected power grid connected wind farms is proposed. Under the frame of chance constrained programming, taking the minimum reserve capacity of interconnected power grid as the objective and syntactically considering uncertain factors such as the differences of wind power output prediction, the differences of load forecasting and unit outage due to faults, a chance constrained model considering the features of reserve resources of various subsystems is established, and the shared reserve capacity and its calling process are quantized. The proposed model is solved by Monte Carlo stochastic simulation based genetic algorithm. A testing system connected to a wind farm with installed capacity of 35 MW is built to test the proposed method. Simulation results show that under the premise of ensuring security and stability of power system the proposed method can effectively reduce the reserve capacity configuration of power grid.
