针对大规模风电机组连续脱网事故,在简要分析风电基地故障演化过程的基础上,引入风险概念,提出了一种综合考虑无功补偿投资及运行成本、有功备用成本和切负荷成本的风电基地无功优化配置方法。该方法考虑系统中可调节的备用、可中断负荷等资源的协调,以事故过程可能产生的运行风险最小为优化目标,通过遗传算法求解得到风电基地无功优化配置方案。利用国内某实际电网数据,从经济型、并网点稳态电压水平和暂态电压特性3个方面,对比了所提方法与传统方法,结果表明所提方法能够有效提高系统运行经济性。

Due to the irrationality in configuration and control of reactive power in large-scale wind power bases, in recent years many accidents of large-scale grid-disconnection of wind power generation units continually occur home and abroad. In allusion to it, on the basis of analyzing the evolutionary process of fault occurred in wind power base in brief and leading in the concept of risk, an approach to configure reactive power in wind power based, in which the investment for reactive power compensation devices and their operational cost, the cost for active power reserve and the cost for load shedding are synthetically considered, is proposed. In the proposed approach, the coordination of resources such as adjustable reserve and interruptible load are considered, and the minimum risk possibly caused by fault process is taken as the optimization objective, utilizing genetic algorithm the reactive power in wind power base is attained and then the optimized reactive power configuration scheme can be implemented. Finally, based on the data from a certain power grid in China, the proposed approach and are compared with traditional method in three aspect, namely economy, steady state voltage level at grid-connected point and transient voltage characteristics, and comparison results show that using the proposed approach the economy of power grid operation can be effectively improved.
