It is very important to adjust the administration of anti-diabetic drug based on the glucose monitoring in the management of diabetes mellitus. Glucose meters is a commonly used method of glucose monitoring, which is superior in convenience and rapidness. However, it only could present one point blood glucose, just like a photo of glucose. Its accuracy is affected by operator, meter's own difference and test strip's batch number. Continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS) is a method to monitor the blood glucose con-tinuously, which could supply the general and detailed blood glucose level and the fluctuation. It's recognized as an effective method in monitoring glucose, widely used in the clinical practice.
