Heat Through Chinese Traditional Medicine Therapy%Knee Osteoarthritis%Infrared Ray%Traditional Chinese Medicine
目的：观察中药热透疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将44例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各22例。治疗组使用中药热透疗法治疗，对照组接受磁热治疗。2组均治疗3周，观察对比2组的临床疗效。结果总有效率治疗组为90.91%，对照组为63.64%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中药热透疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎具有良好疗效。

목적：관찰중약열투요법치료슬골성관절염적림상료효。방법장44례슬골성관절염환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각22례。치료조사용중약열투요법치료，대조조접수자열치료。2조균치료3주，관찰대비2조적림상료효。결과총유효솔치료조위90.91%，대조조위63.64%，2조비교，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론중약열투요법치료슬골성관절염구유량호료효。
Objective To observe the effect of heat through Chinese traditional medicine therapy for the treatment of knee os-teoarthritis. Methods 44 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n=22). Pa-tients in treatment group were used the heat through therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, and the patients in control group were used treated with magnetic heat treatment, then to compare the effect of the two groups. Results Total effective rate in treatment group was 90.91%, the control group was 63.64%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Heat through Chi-nese traditional medicine therapy for knee osteoarthritis has good curative effect.
