目的：探讨卵巢早衰患者卵巢功能评估及护理对策。方法卵巢早衰患者40例，正常育龄妇女42例行性激素及阴道彩色多普勒超声检查，比较2组受检者激素水平；以及卵巢体积变化，并对患者进行针对卵巢早衰的所有保健知识的讲解。结果卵巢早衰患者雌激素值显著下降，卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素值显著升高。超声观察卵巢形态学变化，提示双侧卵巢体积明显萎缩、子宫内膜变薄， POF组与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论卵巢早衰患者的性激素水平下降，卵巢萎缩，应根据患者的具体情况给予相应的护理。
목적：탐토란소조쇠환자란소공능평고급호리대책。방법란소조쇠환자40례，정상육령부녀42례행성격소급음도채색다보륵초성검사，비교2조수검자격소수평；이급란소체적변화，병대환자진행침대란소조쇠적소유보건지식적강해。결과란소조쇠환자자격소치현저하강，란포자격소、황체생성소치현저승고。초성관찰란소형태학변화，제시쌍측란소체적명현위축、자궁내막변박， POF조여대조조비교，차이유통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론란소조쇠환자적성격소수평하강，란소위축，응근거환자적구체정황급여상응적호리。
Objective To investigate the ovarian function assessment and nursing pattern of patients with premature ovarian failure (POF). Methods 40 cases of patients with premature ovarian failure, and 42 cases normal women of childbearing age were received transvaginal color doppler ultrasound and the sex hormones level detection, comparing functional changes of fibrosis by estrogen (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and the luteal hormone (LH) values,and explain all the care knowledge about POF to the patient. Results E2 value was significantly decreased, FSH, LH values were significantly increased for the patients with premature ovarian failure. Ultrasonic observation of ovarian morphological changes, suggesting bilateral ovarian volume was significantly shrinking, endometrium was ture thinner, compared with the control group, the difference statistically significant (P<0.01). After explaining the health care knowledge to the patients, they learn more about the POF, and cooperate with the treatment actively. Conclusion It is helpful to improve the quality of life and alleviate the suffering of patients by assessing of ovarian function and nursing care related.
