对以可靠性为中心的设备管理策略进行了系统研究,在总结国内外不同阶段的设备管理理论及其发展基础上,结合炼钢厂设备管理现状,提出了基于故障源目标分析的设备管理体系。对转炉设备、起重设备、脱硫设备的结构特点进行了分析,基于统计分析、可靠性设计及状态检测设备管理实施方法及过程,深入查找分析了故障源点,制定了解决方案。

The equipment management strategy focusing on reliability was systematically studied. Based on a summary of equipment management theories of different development stages home and abroad and in the light of the present equipment management situation of Laiwu steel plant, an equipment management system based on target analysis of fault sources was put forward. The structural features of converter equipment, hoisting equipment and desul-phurization equipment were analyzed. Fault sources were searched and analyzed in depth and solutions were drawn up based on statistical analysis, reliability design and condition monitor-ing management.
