目的:观察阿司匹林对于趋势大鼠骨质疏松的影响,探究不同剂量及不同时期口服阿司匹林对骨质疏松的辅助治疗作用。方法取42只6个月龄的雌性wistar大鼠,随机选取6只作为假手术组(A),余36只作为去势组。去势组分为阿司匹林预防组:去势对照组(B),去势阿司匹林(8.92mg/kg)组(C),去势阿司匹林(26.75mg/kg)组(D)和阿司匹林治疗组:去势对照(E),阿司匹林(8.92mg/kg)组(F),阿司匹林组(26.75mg/kg)组(G)。预防组于去势后3d给予不同剂量阿司匹林灌胃,治疗组于去势后12周灌胃。对42只大鼠双侧股骨干进行取材,对双侧股骨干行生物力学测定,右股骨干行双能X线骨密度测量观察骨密度变化。结果①骨密度:预防组B组的骨密度值较A、C、D明显下降;治疗组E组的骨密度值较A、F、G组明显下降(P<0.05)。②生物力学:预防部分与治疗部分的去势对照组较假手术组、去势8.92mg/kg组及去势26.75mg/kg的三点弯曲载荷显著降低(P<0.05)。预防组与治疗组同剂量间比较,预防组的最大破坏应力指标高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论早期应用阿司匹林能增加去势大鼠的骨密度,增加骨质生物力学强度。

목적:관찰아사필림대우추세대서골질소송적영향,탐구불동제량급불동시기구복아사필림대골질소송적보조치료작용。방법취42지6개월령적자성wistar대서,수궤선취6지작위가수술조(A),여36지작위거세조。거세조분위아사필림예방조:거세대조조(B),거세아사필림(8.92mg/kg)조(C),거세아사필림(26.75mg/kg)조(D)화아사필림치료조:거세대조(E),아사필림(8.92mg/kg)조(F),아사필림조(26.75mg/kg)조(G)。예방조우거세후3d급여불동제량아사필림관위,치료조우거세후12주관위。대42지대서쌍측고골간진행취재,대쌍측고골간행생물역학측정,우고골간행쌍능X선골밀도측량관찰골밀도변화。결과①골밀도:예방조B조적골밀도치교A、C、D명현하강;치료조E조적골밀도치교A、F、G조명현하강(P<0.05)。②생물역학:예방부분여치료부분적거세대조조교가수술조、거세8.92mg/kg조급거세26.75mg/kg적삼점만곡재하현저강저(P<0.05)。예방조여치료조동제량간비교,예방조적최대파배응력지표고우치료조(P<0.05)。결론조기응용아사필림능증가거세대서적골밀도,증가골질생물역학강도。
Objective To observe the effect of aspirin on osteoporosis and to explore the effect of different doses or different time of aspirin on adjuvant therapy after osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. Methods Forty-Two 6-month female wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: 6 rats in sham-operated (A) group and 36 rats in ovariestomized (OVX) group. The OVX group was divided two groups. Prevention of osteoporosis using aspirin: OVX control group (B), 8.92 mg/kg aspirin group (C), 26.75 mg/kg aspirin group (D). Treatment of osteoposis using aspirin: OVX control group (E), 8.92 mg/kg aspirin group(F), 26.75 mg/kg aspirin group (G). The rats in prevention group were given an intragastric gavage of aspirin after OVX 3 days, while the treatment groups after 12 weeks. Bilateral humerus was collected. Three-point bending eaperiment was performed on the bilateral. The right humerus tested using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. Result ①bone mineral (BDM): The BMD in group B was signiifcantly lower than that in group A, C, D. The BMD in group E was signiifcantly lower than that in goup A, F, G (P<0.05). ②Three-point bending lode: The three-point bending lode in the OVX control groups was signiifcantly lower than that aspirin groups (P<0.05). The three-point bending lode in the prevention group was higher than the treatment group of the same dose (P<0.05). Conclusion Aspirin can obviously increase the BMD of ovariectomized osteoporotic mice, and improve the mechanical properties of the bone.
