目的：观察股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法选取本院2010年1月至2012年2月收治股骨转子间骨折30例患者为研究对象，采用PFNA治疗。结果本组30例经9~18个月随访，全部病例获得骨性愈合。采用髋关节Harris评分标准评定患髋功能，优16例，良10例，可2例，差2例，优良率86.67%，没有发生骨折延迟愈合、内固定失败及术后感染等。结论PFNA具有创伤小、设计合理、允许患者早期活动，是理想的股骨转子间骨折内固定物之一。
목적：관찰고골근단수내정(PFNA)치료고골전자간골절적료효。방법선취본원2010년1월지2012년2월수치고골전자간골절30례환자위연구대상，채용PFNA치료。결과본조30례경9~18개월수방，전부병례획득골성유합。채용관관절Harris평분표준평정환관공능，우16례，량10례，가2례，차2례，우량솔86.67%，몰유발생골절연지유합、내고정실패급술후감염등。결론PFNA구유창상소、설계합리、윤허환자조기활동，시이상적고골전자간골절내고정물지일。
Objective To observe the effect of PFNA internal ifxation in the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methdos 30 cases with femoral fractures were selected in our hospital from January 2010 to February 2010 as the research object, they all given PFNA treated. Results All 30 cases after 9 to 18 months followed-up, all patients obtained osseous healing. The joint function evalued by Harris hip score standard, excellent in 16 cases, good in 10 cases, approve in 2 cases, bad in 2 cases, excellent and good rate was 86.67%, no fracture delayed union and internal ifxation failure and postoperative infection, etc. Conclusion PFNA has a small trauma, reasonable design, allows patients to early activity, it is the ideal one of femoral fracture internal ifxation between the rotor.
