目的:探析2型糖尿病老年患者骨质疏松与冠状动脉钙化的关系。方法入选我院2型糖尿病老年患者92例,根据X线双能骨密度检查分为两组,观察组为骨质疏松组,对照组为非骨质疏松组,分别进行冠状动脉双源CT检查,计算冠状动脉总钙化积分(TCS),同时检测甲状旁腺素(PTH)、血磷(P)、钙(Ca)水平。结果观察组与对照组的PTH、P、Ca检测水平结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),糖尿病患者TCS与L2、L3、L4、股骨颈骨密度呈负相关,与Ca、PTH呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病老年患者骨质疏松与冠状动脉钙化存在一定的相关性,PTH水平代偿性升高、TCS及钙磷代谢异常可作为冠状动脉钙化与骨质疏松关系的参考指标。

목적:탐석2형당뇨병노년환자골질소송여관상동맥개화적관계。방법입선아원2형당뇨병노년환자92례,근거X선쌍능골밀도검사분위량조,관찰조위골질소송조,대조조위비골질소송조,분별진행관상동맥쌍원CT검사,계산관상동맥총개화적분(TCS),동시검측갑상방선소(PTH)、혈린(P)、개(Ca)수평。결과관찰조여대조조적PTH、P、Ca검측수평결과차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05),당뇨병환자TCS여L2、L3、L4、고골경골밀도정부상관,여Ca、PTH정정상관(P<0.05)。결론2형당뇨병노년환자골질소송여관상동맥개화존재일정적상관성,PTH수평대상성승고、TCS급개린대사이상가작위관상동맥개화여골질소송관계적삼고지표。
Objective To invwstigate the association of osteoporosis and coronary artery calciifcation in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mdllitus. Methods In our hospital 92 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, according to the dual energy X-raybone density examination were divided into two groups, the observation group into osteoporosis group, the control group of non osteoporosis group, respectively, of dual source coronary CT examination, calculate the total coronary calciifcation score(TCS), simultaneous detection of parat hyroidhormone (PTH), phosphorus (P), calcium (Ca) level. Results With statistical signiifcance of the observed group and the control group PTH, P, Ca detection resultslevel difference (P<0.05), TCS and L2 in patients with diabetes, L3, L4, femoral neck bone densitywas negatively correlated with Ca, PTH, positive (P<0.05).Conclusions Type 2 diabetic patients with senile osteoporosis osteoporosis and coronary artery calciifcation has certain relevance, the level of PTH, TCS compensatory increase of calcium and phosphorusmetabolism can be used as a reference indicator of coronary artery calciifcation and its relationship with osteoporosis.
