目的：探讨128层螺旋CT重建技术在结肠肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法对40例结肠肿瘤患者进行多层螺旋CT （MSCT）扫描，将原始数据在AW4.5工作站进行多平面重建图像（MPR）、表面遮盖显示（SSD）、仿真内窥镜技术（CTVE）重建处理，评价结肠肿瘤位置、大小和肠外表现，均经手术或结肠镜病理证实。结果 MPR、SSD和CTVE重建技术对结肠癌的检出率、敏感度、特异度及准确性高，更利于发现结肠癌的周围浸润、淋巴结转移和远处转移。结论 MPR、SSD、CTVE的结合不仅可以对结肠肿瘤病灶形态、范围进行明确直观的分析，发现结肠癌的周围浸润、淋巴结转移和远处转移，更有利于辨别病灶周围复杂结构关系，进而准确地进行术前分期，为临床制定手术方案提供有价值的依据。
목적：탐토128층라선CT중건기술재결장종류중적진단개치。방법대40례결장종류환자진행다층라선CT （MSCT）소묘，장원시수거재AW4.5공작참진행다평면중건도상（MPR）、표면차개현시（SSD）、방진내규경기술（CTVE）중건처리，평개결장종류위치、대소화장외표현，균경수술혹결장경병리증실。결과 MPR、SSD화CTVE중건기술대결장암적검출솔、민감도、특이도급준학성고，경리우발현결장암적주위침윤、림파결전이화원처전이。결론 MPR、SSD、CTVE적결합불부가이대결장종류병조형태、범위진행명학직관적분석，발현결장암적주위침윤、림파결전이화원처전이，경유리우변별병조주위복잡결구관계，진이준학지진행술전분기，위림상제정수술방안제공유개치적의거。
Objective To investigate the value of 128-slice Helical CT reconstruction techniques on the diagnosis of colon tumor. Methods This prospective study included 40 patients with suspected colon tumor and they all had been scanned by multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT).To evaluate the location,size,and parenteral of the colon tumor,the original data was proceeded with multiplanar reconstruction images(MPR),surface cover display(SSD)and CT virtual endoscope (CTVE)on AW4.5 workstation.The results were confirmed by the pathology of surgery or colonoscopy. Results MPR, SSD and CTVE have high detection rate,accuracy,sensitivity and specific for colon tumor,and more conducive to find surrounding invasion,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis of colon cancer. Conclusion The combination of the MPR,SSD,CTVE could be used to analyze the form and scope of the colon tumor intuitively,found surrounding invasion,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis of colon cancer,more conducive to solve the lesion complicated structures around it,and then accurately for preoperative staging,provide valuable basis for clinical surgery plan formulation.
