目的：探讨基层医院在新形势医改下药品规范化管理的影响及特点。方法根据新医改下药品管理现状及问题成因，分析规范化管理的影响及特点。结果新医改下基层医院药品管理现状堪忧，成因软硬件因素皆具，药品规范化管理刻不容缓。结论基层医院在新形势医改下加强药品规范化管理意义重大，应着重加强，增加投入，科学实施。

Objective To investigate the primary hospital health care reform in the new situation under the inlfuence of drugs and standardized management features. Methods According to the Drug Administration under the new health care reform status and cause of the problem, analyze the impact of standardized management and characteristics.
