目的:观察早期干预和康复治疗对改善围生儿脑损伤智能发育的影响。方法将2011年4月至2012年6月在本院新生儿科住院的62例围生期脑损伤患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组31例。治疗组患儿采用早期干预和康复治疗,对照组患儿采用常规育儿方法,对两组患儿进行定期随访,进行临床评估并采用Gesell量表检测发育商(DQ),以判断智能发育是否正常。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为87.1%,对照组治疗总有效率为77.4%,两组治疗结果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);12个月时,治疗组患儿的智能发育(DQ)指数为(98.9±5.71),对照组为(87.29±6.03),两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组后遗症发生率为6.5%,对照组后遗症发生率为16.1%,对照组后遗症发生率明显高于治疗组。结论早期干预和康复治疗可提高围生期脑损伤患儿的智力及运动能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of early intervention and rehabilitation therapy to improve the perinatal brain injury intelligence development. Methods The 2011 April to 2012 June in our hospital neonatal, 62 cases of perinatal children with brain injury were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, Each group of 31 cases. The treatment group were treated by early intervention and rehabilitation therapy, The control group were treated by routine method, were followed up to two groups of children, Clinical evaluation and the Gesell scale detection of developmental quotient (DQ), To determine whether the normal development of intelligence. Results In treatment group, the total effective rate was 87.1%, the control group the total effective rate was 77.4%, Compared with two group of treatment results, The difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05);12 months in treatment group, intelligent development of children (DQ) index was (98.9 ± 5.71), control group (87.29 ± 6.03) the two set of data, with statistically signiifcant difference (P<0.05);the treatment group the sequelae rate was 6.5%, control group the sequelae rate was 16.1%, the control group was signiifcantly higher than that in the treatment group occurrence rate of sequelae. Conclusion Early intervention and rehabilitation treatment can improve the mental and motor ability in children with brain injury in perinatal period, is worthy of clinical application.
