目的:调查研究缺血性脑梗死与出血性脑梗死的CT鉴别诊断。方法将我院20例缺血性脑梗死(ICI)患者与15例出血性脑梗死(HCI)患者,在出现临床症状以后的6h~7d内进行CT检查,并对两组患者的CT图像进行研究分析。结果20例ICI患者所检查的CT图像上,有8例患者为大片形状,低密度的影内边缘较为清楚的带有高密度脑回状影称为“脑回征”。9例患者为大片形状,低密度的影内部出现淡片状且略带高密度影,即为“浮云征”。15例HCI患者CT图像显示,8例患者为大片形状,低密度的影内呈现不规则斑片形状与条索形状的高密度影,7例患者为大片形状,低密度的影内边缘具有模糊的团块状血肿影。结论有效掌握缺血性脑梗死与出血性脑梗死的CT检测不同特征,结合患者的临床特征,为临床诊断提供有效依据,值得在临床中进一步推广使用。

Objective Research ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic infarction on CT differential diagnosis. Methods 20 cases in our hospital ischemic stroke (ICI) in patients with 15 cases of hemorrhagic infarction (HCI) patients in the clinical symptoms after 6h-7d within the CT examination, and the two groups of patients with CT images conduct research and analysis. Results 20 cases of patients examined ICI CT images, 8 patients were large shape, the inner edge of the relatively low density of the iflm with a high density clear gyri like iflm called"brain back to sign."Nine patients of a large shape, density occur within the pale shadow lfaky and slightly high density, is the"cloud sign."15 cases of patients with CT image shows HCI, eight patients were large shape, density within the shadow of the shape of irregular patch cord-shaped high-density shadow, seven patients were large shape, the inner edge of the impact of low density with fuzzy the lumpy hematoma shadow. Conclusion Effective control ischemic stroke associated with hemorrhagic infarction on CT detection of different features, combined with clinical features, provide an effective basis for clinical diagnosis, it is worth in clinical further promotion.
