目的：探讨腹腔镜下子宫切除术治疗早期子宫内膜癌的临床特点及疗效。方法回顾性分析了我院采用腹腔镜下子宫切除术治疗早期子宫内膜癌34例患者的临床资料，并与同期开腹手术治疗的33例早期子宫内膜癌作对照。结果观察组患者的术中出血量，平均住院时间及术后肛门排气时间、切口感染率、并发症均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），但观察组患者手术时间明显长于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。所有患者术后随访12～24个月，平均18个月，两组均无复发病例。结论腹腔镜下子宫切除术治疗早期子宫内膜癌疗效好，手术安全，可靠，值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effect of laparoscopic hysterectomy for the treatment of early-stage endometrial cancer. Methods a retrospective analysis of our hospital by laparoscopic hysterectomy clinical data for the treatment of early-stage endometrial carcinoma in 34 patients, 33 patients with early endometrial cancer and treated with laparotomy operation as control. Results in the observation group patients bleeding during operation, hospitalization time and postoperative anal exhaust time, wound infection rate, complications were less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but the patients in the observation group operation time was significantly longer than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). All patients were followed up for 12-24 months, average 18 months, the two groups had no recurrence. Conclusion laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery for early endometrial cancer operation good, safe, reliable, worthy of clinical application.
